Details of Participation
This exclusive offer entitles you, the registered user, to two nights of complimentary
accommodations (including room taxes) in a one-bedroom Garden View villa at the
luxurious Cabo Azul Resort located in Los Cabos, Mexico (“Resort”).
This exclusive offer provides accommodations for up to two adults and two children
(under 18 years of age). If you are married, you and your spouse must
travel together. This exclusive offer is not transferrable and may be used only
by the registered user. This exclusive offer is valid for Sunday check-in
only. There is no obligation to buy or join anything in order to utilize the complimentary
accommodations offered by this certificate. You may travel on this exclusive
offer through 3/18/2010, however, you must first register this certificate no more
than 30 days after the issue date using the Traveler ID # printed on this certificate
below. You must select 2 preferred arrival dates, at least 7 days apart, in
order for your registration to be processed. Complimentary accommodations
are subject to availability and may be limited due to holidays and peak tourist
periods. Travel under this exclusive offer is not allowed between 12/15/2009 and
1/2/2010.
A Resort Reservations Specialist will contact you to review your preferred travel
dates within 7 days after your registration has been received. A $250 REFUNDABLE
deposit is required at the time your reservations are made. The refundable
deposit will be refunded 7-10 days after check-out from the Resort and will be refunded
to the registered user in the same manner in which it was paid. Once confirmed,
you may reschedule your arrival date no less than 7 days prior to your scheduled
arrival date. Please note that a $50 service fee will be charged for all changes
to confirmed reservations. Reservations must be confirmed prior to your arrival
at the Resort via a confirmation letter the Resort will send you. Walk-in
guests will not be permitted to use this exclusive offer at the Resort.
You must possess and present a valid major credit card upon check-in at the Resort.
The Resort will limit the number of persons in each villa to the maximum permitted
occupancy level. This exclusive offer is not intended for group travel where
more than one exclusive offer is used for accommodations during the same travel
period. If the reserved villa is unavailable, alternative comparable accommodations
may be provided. This certificate is not valid in conjunction with existing reservations,
any discount or special offers currently advertised. This exclusive offer
does not include food, beverages, port fees, gratuities, transportation to and from
the airport, service charges or incidental charges. Employees of Pacific
Monarch Resorts (“PMR”) and current PMR or Monarch Grand Vacations (“MGV”)
owners are not eligible to use this certificate. This certificate is not redeemable
for cash or any other consideration. Only one certificate may be used per household.
Neither PMR, MGV nor the Resort may be held responsible for any acts of God, and/or
any other circumstances beyond their control that may cause Resort accommodations
to become unavailable. This promotion is sponsored and administered by Pacific Monarch
